Introspection: December 2004 to March 2006:

The We for You has undertaken lots of health caimpaign, legal awareness camp and environment protection programme throughout the year.We For You has also undertaken programme on income generation and community awareness programme for the poor and needy people in thestate of Uttrakhand, Bihar, Delhi and Uttar Pradesh in the year 2005-2006.

Health Camp:

We for You Volunteers visited the slum of Jagdamba Camp, Malyvia Nagar, New Delhi. Located in the prime location of Delhi it has distinction of home of some of the vip’s of capital including present healthy minister of Delhi Mr. Yogdanand Shastri. It was an amazing experience for the member of our team. They saw there poor health condition of people living there.

Deeply concerned by the pathetic situation of common people we decided to organize a health camp. Before organizing the camp we made the good rapport with the local people and won their confidence. Firstly we informed all the people regarding venue and date of the camp by pamphlets and drum beating.

To our surprise turn up of the people on the day of camp was mind blowing. Two hundred and thirty people went through proper health check-up followed by free distribution of medicine. Our panel of expert doctors among which two were the Ex. non resident doctors of AIIMS. Our doctor’s act as more then a doctor. They behaved like a true friend, a true mentor and true councilors. They not only checked the patient but also aware them with causes and symptoms of various diseases.

To our surprise out two hundred and thirty patients three were STD patient.Four were suffering from leprosy and three of T.B.More then fifty patients were suffering from water borne disease.

Turn up of the people was so huge that our doctors even did not took their lunch and seat their continuously for the eight hours. Truly it was a big success for us.

HEALTH CKECKUP

A special drive for preventive and promotive health was undertaken for four weeks for the chronic patients, women aged and young children at Pauri Uttranchal.

HIV/AIDS AWARENESS PROGRAMME

We For You organized HIV/AIDS Awareness programme for the school children and community people and support was taken as per need from government health department and hospital.

COMMUNITY AWARENESS PROGRAMMES

We for you have organized the following community awareness programme during the year 2006-2007:

  1. HIV / AIDS Awareness Programme
  2. Community Participation Awareness Programme
  3. Sanitation Awareness Programme
  4. Environmental Awareness Programme
  5. International Women’s Day
  6. Polio Awareness Programme

COMMUNITY BASED PEOPLE’S STRUCTURE

We for you believe in the community based people’s structure for implementation of Activities and Other-Activities the group are engineered as development agents for their respective areas. They are involved in planning and budgeting of the development initiatives.

STAFF DEVELOPMENT

This years all the staff members have given through inputs on their respective programmes and activities. The area given inputs are identification of problems, planning, monitoring and management of the programme. The Organization organized one staff meeting in the month for the staff development.

STRATEGY

  • Planning and execution of the development programmes is done through the respective local groups.
  • Local resources men, material, money etc are given priority for undertaking any development initaive.
  • Linkages are established with the resource agencies for smooth implementation of the program.
  • The disadvantage such as poor needy and diverse women, handicapped etc are given priority for rendering services.
  • The strategies is reviewed in sight of the project objectives while undertaking any project.

 

Introspection: December 2006 to March 2007:

 

Environment Protection Programme:

Global warming has become big problem for whole society and We For You is concerned with all such problem. Since this is a global threat so we need to tackle this problem seriously. Keeping this point in mind We For You organized plantation drive on the occasion of world environment day on 5th of June in the Chalaera village of Noida and Malaviya Nagar of Delhi .

We involved local school children and women in this drive. Since today’s children are the future of our nation thus they need to be aware with the entire environment problem. We planted more then three dozens of plant in Govt. School, Chalera.Programme was huge success as lots of school children turn up.

We also distributed pamphlets amongst people telling them ill hazards of our environmental degradation.

EDUCATION PROGRAMME

 WE FOR YOU has organized following education related programmes in financial year 2006-07 WE FOR YOU takes up three types of programmes:-

  • Computer Literacy Programme
  • Rehabilitation of Street Children Education Programme.
  • Literacy Programme for Illiterate People.

 

COMUPTER LITERACY PROGRAMME

 The main adventure in management information system (MIS) at National Level, the computer information system is growing very fast, almost in all the private and public sector. In view of this WE FOR YOU has also decided to give the top priority to plan One-year duration training courses on Computer Literacy Programmes.

REHABILITATION OF SYSTEM CHILDREN

 The main aim of the street Children Education Programme was to motivate the street children towards education and vocational skill training under this proposal WE FOR YOU has adopted One Hundred Ten children into different location in urban and rural area of Noida.

District For those children different welfare programme and vocational training programme were organized by WE FOR YOU. The further planning of WE FOR YOU takes up an other area under rehabilitation of street children education programme.

LITERACY PROGRAMME FOR ILLERATE PEOPLE

 Time to time WE FOR YOU has organized adult education programme for neo-literates, literates and illiterate people.

VOCATIONAL TRAINING AND INCOME GENRATING PROGRAMME

During the year 2006-07 WE FOR YOU has organized Beauty Culture and Health Care programme, Shoe making, Agarbati Making papad and Badi Making Dress making and dress Designing etc. vocational training programme for young girls boys and different age group women for urban and rural areas of Noida, UttarPradesh.

BEAUTY CULTURE AND HEALTH CARE PROGRAMME

The main objective of the training courses is to develop the skills on beauty fine the face appearance especially the women’s face i.e. eyebrow setting cleaning the overall appearance of the face etc.

DRESS MAKING AND DRESS DESIGNING PROGRAMME

Many of the girls expressed their desire to learn the skill on the different aspect of the above programme Hence this programme was decided to organize for the girls of Sonepat district by WE FOR YOU the main objective of the

PROGRAMME:

  1. The trainees will understand the skill of cloth cutting designing & stitching Dress Making & Dress Designing.
  2. The trainees will develop the skill of making the complete & perfect dresses
  3. They would be able to generate the income for self-employment.

  2. Candle Making
  3. Soft Toys Making
  4. Pickle Making
  5. Papad & Badi Making Programme

WE FOR YOU has organized above programme through his own resources for development for needy and poor people.
